The State of Israel is way out of control, and the United States is entirely to blame for letting the relentless genocide reach this extremity.  As long as Netanyahu is able to bank (literally) upon the unconditional support of the United States government, there is nothing to stop him in his rampage.  The whole of the rest of the world is aghast at the mindless and escalating carnage, but, as long as the United States affixes its Imprimatur upon the slaughters of Netanyahu (think: feedlot cattle), no one, anywhere, dares to oppose the escalating madness of Israel’s war drums.  After the State of Israel has been systematically pummeling the Palestinian people into the dust since 1948, with the deliberate and publicly stated goal of annihilating the Palestinian people and appropriating their land, the suicide mission of Hamas on October 7th was an act of desperation, as the entire population had been degraded (to use a particularly apt military term) to the point where they could no longer sustain any vestige of decent life.  Both Hezbollah and Iran were outraged at the monstrous ongoing retaliation of Israel, which took the October 7th attacks as their carte blanche to pursue their long-standing primary goal ~ the annihilation of Palestine and her people, and the seizure of her land.  But as Israel escalated its war aims to missile attacks and assassinations in both Lebanon and Iran, those countries are afraid to counter-attack, for fear that the United States will, like the U.S. Cavalry during the Indian Wars, come riding to Israel’s defense, guns blazing.  (Another apt analogy, since the American Indians were only trying to strike back against the relentless war by the American people to destroy and annihilate them, and seize their land.)

     What next ?  Perhaps when Israel invades Poland, the scales will finally fall from your eyes and you will, belatedly, realize that you have been backing the most monstrous villains since Adolf Hitler.  And God help us if, because of your intransigence (and/or fealty to the American Arms Industry) Donald Trump become the next President of the United States [subjunctive mood; not a typo, suggesting that it is still possible that he won’t be elected President, but you have to act fast, to restore credibility].  The terrorist elephant in the room is not Hamas; it is not Hezbollah; it is not the Houthis; it is not Iran; it is the United States and Israel, joined at the hip, the two most hated countries in the world, as the judgement of History will eventually make abundantly clear.  

     If we had Ranked Choice Voting, we could fearlessly VOTE FOR JILL STEIN, and our voices would not be ignored.  Give democracy a chance ! The two-party gridlock stifles dissent, and makes a joke out of democracy.  They have “elections” in Russia, too.
